The mission of Mike’s Hope is to foster community and bridge the gaps in opportunity for youth sports in Norfolk.

We will accomplish this mission by removing barriers to training and competing in youth sports and providing access to equipment and leadership opportunities.

This work is inspired by Mike Cutter’s commitment to economic development and community engagement. In Mike’s memory, we strive to inspire young people to step into leadership and embrace a mindset of stewardship that leaves a positive, lasting impact across Tidewater.
